Do you offer professional hair and makeup? Yes! Part of our special experience is including our professionally-trained hair and makeup artist team. LuAnn works closely with them to fit the vision of each client and her/his personality to have each photo ready! This is built into our Custom Session offerings, and even our special Mini Day options include professional makeup.
What sets you apart from other photographer? LuAnn feels it is the experience we provide, as well as all that we include in our sessions. Many clients are repeat clients or referrals, because we make the experience easy and fun - we take care of everything! LuAnn will come to your home for your pre-consultation, and even for your Reveal & Ordering Session. She will help you choose and coordinate outfits, and will even take you shopping! At our sessions, we include professional hair and makeup artists, and we offer gourmet bites and drinks. We have a Studio Wardrobe from which women and girls can peruse. LuAnn is also known for her retouching. Clients love our wide array of bespoke products that clients treasure and bring love into a home!
May I stop into your studio? Consultations and sessions are by appointment only. Please fill out the contact form HERE, and we would love to set up a time to talk on the phone.
Do you hold sessions on weekends? Weekend sessions are on a limited basis and start at the Custom Session Fee level.
Do you offer home family/child/portrait sessions or office head shot sessions? Yes, family, child, and individual portrait sessions can be held in a client’s home. And, we can come to your office depending upon the location and setup needs, or even include an on-location option if you are a Branding Session client.
How do I book a session? We are a full service studio and being hands on is important to us, starting with a complimentary phone conversation to assess one’s needs and vision. Can clients/parents take photos during a session? One to two behind-the-scenes photos may be taken, but not straight on. We may also arrange to take behind-the-scenes images with our iPhone, where one or more may be offered to you.
Can we combine a child session with a family session? LuAnn takes individual child photos in every Family Session, and there are opportunities to change a child into a different outfit. The beauty of our Custom Sessions is that they include options to add immediate family members. For example, in a Custom Senior Session, one can add a Mom & Me setup. A Woman’s Custom Session has the option to add significant other or family at the end. Branding Sessions have the option to add family members, too!
Do you supply maternity, women‘s, and child outfits? Yes. We have a wide array of beautiful maternity dresses, outfits, and fabrics. And we have a wide selection of outfits for babies and children, as well as for girls and our adult women clients.
Can a pet be included in a session? We LOVE photographing pets! And, we love stylizing these types of sessions. We offer Custom Pet Sessions, and a pet can be added to any Custom Session. We ask that clients have a plan set where the pet arrives at the beginning or end of a session and is taken home after a portrait was taken (other options can be discussed).
Can we have unedited (raw) digitals? Unedited, raw digital files are not for sale as they are not considered final product without LuAnn’s editing and presentation style, as well as vision.
